Business After Hours   

SPONSORSHIP: The BAH sponsorship fee is $500 which includes promotion of your company name and logo on all promotional materials.  You will be invited to make brief remarks prior to the door prize drawing.  The sponsor has the exclusive marketing rights to the room.  Please feel free to display banners/signage and distribute your marketing materials.  Facility tours are encouraged.

REQUIREMENTS:  BAH mixer sponsorship is only open to chamber member firms in good standing.  Adequate space and parking for your guests is critical to the success.  Please place directional sign for parking or have parking attendants. 

DATE & TIME: BAH events are the second Mondays of each month from 5-7 pm.  

INVITATIONS: The Chamber will invite members via broadcast email, social media, and inclusion in the Chamber's once-monthly Salisbury Post full page ad.  Expect an average attendance of 100 for evening events. You are encouraged to invite your employees, customers, clients, friends and family. All RSVPS should be directed to 704-633-4221 or info@rowanchamber.com.  You will receive the RSVP email list and business cards from the event.

There is a $20 Chamber charge for nonmembers, members are free (Chamber representatives will handle the collection.)

WHAT TO SERVE: It’s your party! Normally the sponsor serves beer/wine, a non-alcoholic beverage, and appetizers.

NAMETAGS: We will provide nametags and will be glad to assist in greeting guests.  Several company representatives at or near the entrance as well as a table for nametags is recommended.  We will arrive about 30 minutes prior to the start of the event and stay until closing.

DOOR PRIZES: Giveaways of at least $25 in value are recommended. Chamber representatives will greet guests as they enter the event and collect their business cards in a bowl.  The drawing should be at the end of the event and winners need to be present to win. The business card entries will be given to the sponsor.
