Ambassador Job Description
- 2 year agreement to serve
- Must be employed by Chamber member
- Attend 75% Ambassador meetings quarterly
- Attend networking events, ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, Surprise Patrols
- Attend new member receptions
- Serve as a greeter at events (directions, name tags, sign in, help with door prizes)
- Contact assigned new members or delayed renewals, either by phone or in person to welcome them, invite them to attend events, explain benefits and answer any questions they may have
- Offer to meet members at events to introduce them to other Chamber members and help them feel comfortable
- Participate in Total Resource Campaign and bring in one new member annually
- Increase awareness of Chamber services and programs throughout the community
- Nominate one new Ambassador
- Nominate Chair/Vice Chair as needed

Ambassador Chair Job Description

· Facilitate meetings
· Agenda approval
· Report to Membership Steering Chair
· Motivate volunteers to be active
· Call for nominations of Vice Chair
· Lead vote on policy
· Call Ambassadors who have been inactive for 3 months
· Surprise Patrol appointments coordinate with chamber staff
