Lutheran Home at Trinity Oaks is Rowan County's only continuing care retirement community with large dining and activity areas & calendar of events, a library, a chapel and an indoor park. We have independent living apartments, homes, assisted living services, skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, & specialized care for people with Alzheimer's disease. We are open to people of all faiths. Short term respite, rehabilitation and vacation care are available with 24 hour nursing care & security.
